Calathea Lancifolia ‘Sport’ is a variation to the Calathea Lancifolia also known as Rattlesnake plants. It has long, slender, vibrant green leaves shaped like a lance with dark green border and infrequent round markings. The leaves have wavy edges which emphasises the marking and beauty of the leaves and purplish red undersides. The striking leaves with brilliant colour would brighten up any corner of a house.
Calathea Lancifolia is native to the Brazilian rainforest and thrives in shady, moist and warm climates as does Calathea Lancifolia ‘Sport’. Like all other Calathea plants, the main attraction of this plant is its gorgeous foliage. However, Calathea Lancifolia ‘Sport’ are a little bit less demanding than other Calathea plants.
